While modestly sized, this meticulously handcrafted jewelry box has ample space for a small collection of jewelry and personal memorabilia. There are two rows of padded inserts in the tray for rings, cuff links and earrings.

This box is made from Black Limba, an exotic wood from tropical western Africa. The Black Limba in this box has a spectacular grain pattern and rich, varying colours. The legs are made from Black Walnut.

No stains or dyes have been used. The rich colours that you see are the natural colours of the finished woods.

Finish:

Interior and exterior are finished with an Osmo micro-porous wood oil. The resultant low-lustre finish is smooth, durable, and appealing. Trays, dividers and supports are finished with Danish Oil, a penetrating resin.

The compartments in the lower level are about 1.1" (2.9 cm) deep. The inside dimensions of the compartments are about:-

	Decorative Black Limba lift on top. Tapered Black Walnut legs. Sides are 3/8 " (9.5  mm) thick Black Limba. Top is made from laminated pieces of Black Limba and Black Walnut and is about 1/2" (13 mm) thick.

Interior:

Brass butt hinges.

Lining is a durable faux-suede woven fabric.
