Each is handmade by us and is our original design. The mail box is handcrafted by Jim. The decorative three-dimensional pieces are individually hand cut and hand painted by Kathy.

You can draw from any of the themes and colour schemes that you see in our decorative mirrors, bulletin boards, puzzle tops, Little Hangups or in any of our works to create your uniquely personal mail box.

Base price is $69 which includes a durable, solid pine, completely finished mail box with:-

~ one decorative piece from one of our themes
~ your choice of colour scheme.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for your custom mailbox to be made.

The mail box is about 14.5" by 12" and 4.75" deep. Interior dimensions are about 13" by 11" and 3.5" deep: big enough to accommodate magazines and oversize envelopes. The lid is angled and sloped to protect your mail from the elements. The large opening makes it easy to insert and retrieve mail items.

The lid and sides are made from solid 3/4" pine. The lid is attached with two solid brass hinges. The interior back and bottom are 1/4" plywood.

Except for the lid, the pine is left natural. The lid can be painted or left natural. The entire mail box, inside and outside, is sealed with exterior grade polyurethane and paint.

A rich patina develops on the natural pine over time.
