This companion urn is made from Aromatic Cedar. No stains or dyes have been used. The rich colours that you see are the natural colours of the finished woods.

Interior and exterior are finished with Osmo TopOil, an odourless hardwax-oil wood finish.  The resultant finish is smooth, durable, and appealing.

Overall exterior dimensions are about 12.3" x 9.3" x 4.6" (31.1 x 23.5 x 9.8 cm).

Internal dimensions are about 10.8" x 7.8" x 3.9" (27.3 x 19.7 x 9.1 cm).

Internal capacity is 320 cubic inches (5.24 L).

Access is from bottom which is secured with twelve screws.

Mitred corners reinforced with Aromatic Cedar keys.

Sides are solid 3/4" (13mm) thick Aromatic Cedar.

Top is made from solid 1/8" (3 mm) thick bookmarked pieces of Aromatic Cedar, laminated to 1/4" (6 mm) Baltic Birch plywood.
